This Privacy Policy explains how RAW Concepts LLC ("RAW Concepts," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through our website at rawconceptsllc.com, by phone or text, or in person at our shop. By using our website or providing us your information, you agree to this policy.
When you provide your mobile number to RAW Concepts, through the quote form on our website, on a work order or invoice, or verbally, you consent to receive text messages from us about your inquiry, your build, scheduling and pickup, payment, and post-service follow-ups, including a one-time request to leave an online review.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts will not affect the service work itself.
We share information only as needed to run the business and deliver the services and messages you have asked for:
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to understand how people find and use our website and to measure and improve our advertising. The Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, and actions like tapping our phone number, email address, or map link, starting or progressing through the quote form, and submitting a quote request (along with the type of work requested and a rough project-size estimate based on the budget range you choose). Meta may use this information under its own Data Policy, including to show you ads on Facebook and Instagram.
When you submit a quote request, our own server also sends Meta a confirmation of that event (through Meta's Conversions API) along with your IP address, browser type, the type of work requested, and the rough project-size estimate, so that our advertising measurement is accurate.
We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or text-message consent to Meta, through the Pixel or otherwise. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in information are never used for advertising and are never shared with Meta or any other third party for marketing.
We also use Google Analytics (GA4), a tool from Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and actions such as tapping our phone number or submitting a quote request). Google Analytics uses cookies for this and processes the data under Google's Privacy Policy. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google.
To opt out, you can adjust your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, block or clear cookies in your browser, or use your device's tracking controls. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to use our site or request a quote.
We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to provide service, support warranty and follow-up work, and meet tax and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
