Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Accepted payment methods are provided at the time of invoicing. Balances are due before a vehicle is released. Returned payments and chargebacks initiated after work is complete may incur additional fees and collection costs.
Workmanship is warranted as described on your invoice or work order. Parts carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer. RAW Concepts is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from parts supplied by the customer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
The RAW Concepts name, logo, site content, and build photography are our property. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
