Text Messaging Program

This page explains how RAW Concepts LLC uses SMS text messaging with its customers, including what messages we send, how you give consent, and how to opt out.

Who Sends the Messages and Why

All text messages are sent by RAW Concepts LLC, an automotive customization and repair shop at 909 S. Broadway, Edmond, OK 73034, to the individual customer or prospective customer who contacted the shop and provided their own mobile number. We do not text purchased lists, rented lists, or numbers obtained from any third party.

Messages are conversational and transactional. They include:

A reply to a quote request you submitted
Build status and progress updates on your vehicle
Parts, scheduling, and appointment coordination
Vehicle pickup and payment notifications
One follow-up message after your service is complete asking you to leave an online review

We do not send recurring marketing campaigns, promotions, or advertising through this program.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the shop. A typical customer receives a small number of messages related to one job. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How You Opt In

Consent is collected in one of two ways. Each requires an affirmative action by the customer, and consent is never assumed, pre-checked, or transferred.

1. Website quote form

On the “Start a Quote” form at rawconceptsllc.com, after entering name, mobile number, vehicle details, budget, and a description of the work, the customer must check a consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and the form cannot be submitted unless the customer checks it. The checkbox label reads, word for word:

I agree to receive text messages from RAW Concepts LLC at the number I provided about my quote, my build, scheduling, pickup, payment, and a follow-up review request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

2. In person at the shop

When a customer brings a vehicle in, they complete and sign a printed Vehicle Service Authorization form. It contains a separate, boxed “Text Message Consent (Optional)” section with an empty checkbox the customer marks and initials. The wording is identical to the website checkbox and states that consent is not required to receive service.

How You Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also ask any staff member to remove your number, by phone or in person. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service work in any way.

We do not sell your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.
