Before RAW was known for lift kits and full builds, we were known for headlights. Halo rings, bi-LED projector retrofits, prism setups, the kind of detail work that most shops do not have the patience or skill to do right. That reputation is what got us shipping headlight sets across the country.
A real headlight build means disassembling the factory housing, retrofitting projectors or LED modules, installing halo rings, wiring control modules clean, and resealing everything to factory spec so moisture does not wreck the work six months later. Done right it takes most of a week. Done wrong it fails by spring.
Custom headlight builds are currently offered as part of a full truck build, not as a standalone service. This lets us control fit, wiring, and install quality from start to finish, which is how we keep every set we ship looking and performing the way it should.

Why It's Part of a Full Build
We used to take headlight work as a standalone job. The problem was we had no control over what happened after, cracked housings, other electrical issues, bad installs by someone else, all of which reflected on work that was actually done right. Now headlight builds happen alongside the rest of the truck so we control the whole thing.

Can I just get headlights done without a full build?
Not currently. We only do headlight builds as part of a full truck build so we can control fit, wiring, and install quality. If that is what you are looking for, we will tell you straight up and point you elsewhere.
How long does a headlight build take?
About two weeks as part of a larger build timeline, depending on complexity and what else is being done to the truck.
Do you ship completed headlight sets?
Headlight work is done as part of full builds on trucks that come to our Edmond shop. We do not ship standalone headlight sets, but our work and reputation has reached customers nationally.
